If you’d like to import a chord track from one project into another, follow the steps outline here or watch the tutorial to see how it’s done.
To start the process, when you are in the project you would like to import the chord track into, go to File menu > Import > Logic Project. You will then be prompted to choose the Logic Project you would like to import from.
After choosing the project you want to import from, you may be prompted to choose an alternative of that project. If the Project doesn’t have any alternatives, it will take you directly to the next step.
Once you verify which project alternative you would like to import from, you will be in the file import dialog in the file or project browser. Navigate to and check global tracks.
Interact with the track import view table or group and find the chord track and check the content checkbox.
Then stop interacting and navigate with VO Right to the replace To import the chord track into your project replacing the existing chord track.
