This update to Logic Magician is a minor update which better takes advantage of new features introduce in Logic Pro 12.3.It allows us to now efficiently use the new region tempo feature, and better utilize the Region Flex feature formerly known as flex and follow. Details are below and on the What’s New page.

Regarding the documentation, not only has it been updated for the latest version of Logic Magician, but I believe the formatting issues that made it difficult to read should be resolved. Also it has been re-arranged to keep similar and related topics closer to each other. Another new thing to be aware of is that if a heading or Chapter title is a link, clicking on it should take you to that tutorial on Youtube as well. This will be updated over time as more Logic Magician Documentation tutorials are done. I encourage you to give it a try, whether. In Apple Books,Thorium Reader, (which is also free), or one of the many other apps that allow you to open and read ePubs.
For those of you wanting the Logic Magician Documentation in HTML, if you unzip the ePub, you should be able to find each chapter as their own HTML file.
What’s New In Logic Magician 2026.7
. ctrl + F, the region Flex key command , has been Updated to work better with the new feature in Logic Pro 12.3. Press once to toggle region flex on/off, press twice to open the newly updated region smart tempo menu.
F1 , which speak the project tempo with a single press, now speaks the Region Tempo whenDouble Pressed
After Double Pressing F1 to hear the region Tempo, press Option W to bring up and edit field where you can type in a tempo for the selected region. After typing in the Tempo, press Return.
Examples:
For a tempo like 85, after pressing Option W, type in 85 and press Return.
For a tempo like 92.3, press Option W and type in 92 period 3 then press Return.
For a tempo like 120.83, press Option W then type 120 period 83 then press Return.
kontakt lmx has been removed as it no longer worked and it appears you can get to the file menu without the Kontakt LMX now.
