Set your Left and right locators around the section of the song you want to work with and use the following key commands to work with what’s between the locators
Copy between locators is Connand Control C
Paste insert (Moves what’s at the playhead to the right to make room for what’s pasted) Command Control V
Repeat between locators Command Control R
Set Left Locator At playhead Option Command Left Bracket
Set Right Locator at playhead Option Command Right Bracket
Go To Left Locator Option Command Home
Go To Right Locator Option Command End
Move Forward by 8 bars Shift Period
Move back by 8 bars Shift Comma
