Channel Memberships And Supporting TheBlindLogicPro!
How TO Support The Blind Logic Pro and Are There Any Changes With Youtube Channel Memberships?
Recently I wrote about why the name was changed from LogicBand to The Blind Logic Pro, and naturally that leads to questions about channel memberships and other ways to show your support. Below is an explanation of these options and I’ll update this page over time if things change.
As it stands currently, nothing changes if you are a Youtube Channel Member. The channel memberships is a tiered system so each higher tier includes everything in the lower tiers. SO if you are a member of the 3rd and highest tier you will have access to all the bonus tutorials. The lowest tier is a way to send support to TheBlindLogicPro. The second tier includes a collection of tutorials that cover a single topic more in depth. The third tier is an on going collection of courses that you will have access to Netflix style so long as you are a member of that tier. Currently these are the only options for getting some bonus content.
The option of one on one training is still available as well. So if you would like to get some personal tailored training on Logic Pro, Mac OS and or VoiceOver, then you can book some time here.
Substack does offer subscriptions as well, and I’ll most likely enable those at some point. However, at this point I don’t plan on putting content behind the paywall on Substack. Substack payments will purely be an option to support the time effort and energy that goes into not just making and editing a tutorial video, but then also taking the time to write about it in a way that supports the tutorial content and assist the learner/viewer/reader with implementing and using the tips, tricks and lessons.
Currently Substack will encourage you to pledge your support to TheBlindLogicPro. This means. You can commit to paying an amount each month, I believe it’s currently set to $8, and when I decide to enable payments on Substack you will be charged going forward. However, you will not be charged at all until I enable payments.
Ultimately in the end, there will be multiple ways to support TheBlindLogicPro. Courses/memberships via Youtube, or showing your support here via Substack. The option to support TheBlindLogicPro directly via PayPal is also still active should anyone choose to go that route instead as well.
As always if you got any questions leave a comment or hit reply.
Until next time,
Happy Recording!
